This industry-developed guide outlines best practices for creating safe working environments for pedestrians, cyclists, and other vulnerable road users. The guide provides recommendations for effective TTM (Temporary Traffic Management) controls for these road users, tailored to each primary stakeholder (designers, lead contractors, PCBUs, councils, etc.).

WorkSafe Guide for working on Roads

Keeping healthy and safe while working on the road or roadside. These guidelines provide advice for PCBUs on how to keep workers healthy and safe while working on the road or roadside.

NZ Guide for TTM

The New Zealand guide to temporary traffic management (NZGTTM) supports system level changes needed to achieve the Road to Zero New Zealand road safety strategy. The guide has been developed for use by Waka Kotahi, its partners and the sector.
